EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING THE FUTURE SOCIAL WORKER’S PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT PERSONALITY TRAITS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue the effectiveness of using psychological training as a method of forming the social work specialists’ professional traits of personality in the course of vocational education. The results of experimental research of the future social workers’ personality structure before and after the psychological training are presented. The results of factor analysis confirm that
the implemented and tested psychological training of formation the professional qualities of personality promotes the effective professionalization and the development of personality competence of specialists in social work.
