Abstract

The paper deals with the issue of national self-consciousness and its correlation with national consciousness and national identity.
The author gives a general outline of main concepts of definition and structure of national self-consciousness. The article encompasses
the analysis of key factors of development of the aforementioned phenomenon, due regard being paid to the influence of fiction on it.
