Abstract

The article discusses the factors of psycho-emotional stress in children of different age groups. The proposed methods for psychodiagnostics and reducing emotional stress, which were tested in psychological counseling for children of different ages. The interdisciplinary approach to the study of the biological, psychological and social aspects of the problem is analyzed.
