Research of internal and external factors of psychological readiness of mobilized servicemen to military serve by using the questionnaire

Abstract

The article describes the author's questionnaire "Determining the influence of internal and external factors on the psychological readiness of mobilized persons to military service", presents the results of discriminatory and factor analysis which prove its high ability to determine the especial components of psychological readiness for military service. The ascertainment of generalized tendencies in the motivational, value, regulatory and social spheres allows us to formation of the ideas about motivational attitudes of mobilized servicemen for their military service, about their normative-role structure of behavior during military service (about the desire to help others, the desire for self-development, the desire to understand their existence or the importance of family values), about the feature of moral and volitional qualities and about the specificity of actual problems for mobilized servicemen during military service.
