Abstract

The article deals with the analyses of the characteristics of the educational resource that outlines its impact on the professional formation of a future physical rehabilitator. The author defines psychological and pedagogical support as a specific type of organization of the activity in the professional plane of training of future specialists in the sphere of physical rehabilitation. Features of the process of students’ acquisition of personally and professionally meaningful experience are described. The author’s definition of the process of psychological and pedagogical support for the professional formation of future specialists is proposed, and features of social and psychological support are highlighted. It is stated that social and psychological support is a specific type of psychological and pedagogical activity with the purpose of managing functioning and the development of the system set of resources (personal, institutional, environmental) involved to carry out the process of forming the personality and professional position of the individual, which implies the determination of the functional purpose of each resource, establishing the relationship of their functions within certain organizational, psychological and pedagogical forms
