Abstract

The article proves the necessity of forming a moral values of personality for a successful activity in the ǘeld of professional performance. Factors preventing formation of moral values of personality have been determined in the article. The work highlights necessity of revision of pluvalistic outlook aiming to form meaningful social criteria on the basis of values and ethics.
