Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of such psychological and pedagogical principles and conditions as freedom and activity for forming lingually-communicative culture among the subjects of the educational process in K. Ushynskyj’s works. It is indicated on the possibility of usage of the scientist’s pedagogical ideas in modern educational process.
