Abstract

The article covers methodological sides of creating the Ukrainian language for foreign students textbook. In order to work out the foreign students’ communicative competence the article deals with advisability of using country studies texts while studying Ukrainian. Social characteristics of students that are to be taken into account while choosing materials for studying have been analyzed as well.
