CANADA-US CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN THE END ХХ - IN BEGINNING OFХХІ of CENTURY

Abstract

The paper reviews the Canada-US relationship at the end of XX – beginning XXI century through the prism of cultural relations. Particular attention is paid to Canada’s attempts to protect its own cultural sovereignty under the growing influence of mass American culture and the role of Internet in today’s intercultural communication.
