Abstract

The research is devoted to the ХVI-th c Ukrainian-Polish Latin-poetry and Kharkov romantic poets 20-40 years’ of the nineteenth century artistic and aesthetic heritage comparative analysis. An attempt to determine the inherent Renaissance– humanistic’s literary tradition of artistic characters’ creation was done and their manifestation in Levko Borovikovsky’s, Ambrose Metlinsky’s, Mykola Kostomarov’s poetry were analyzed; common themes, motives and characters were determined, their dynamics and variability in two literary epochs context was presented.
