The basic forms of expression of the local value of immediate proximity, as well as the group of dependent nominal components of the formal-syntactic structure of phrases, are determined, types of syntactic relations in the analyzed phrases are determined. Investigated structures with prepositions near and around mean spatial proximity to a particular place, item, subject, etc. However, each of the prepositions brings in the semantics of the phrase a certain peculiar tint of a semantic or stylistic character. So, with the help of the preposition, the circle expresses the total spatial closeness. He outlines the insignifi cant distances of objects. A phrase with a preposition near means fi rst and foremost an action oriented to an object or space. This action may or not change in time.
