FORMATION OF LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE IN THE HUMANITARIAN COMPOSITION PREPARATION FOR BUILDERS SCIENTIFIC STUDIES OF THE DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY

The typical violations that occur most often in oral and written speech typical violations of the norms of contemporary literary language, non-compliance with the requirements of the scientifi c style regarding the use of linguistic units were identifi ed and analyzed. The notion of linguistic competence was described. It was noted that improvement of speech and communicative competence of the future specialist-scientist is a guarantee of proper fulfi llment of modern requirements. In the preparation of scientifi c and pedagogical staff of higher educational institutions a humanitarian component should be a priority area, which is intended to increase both the general level of higher education and professional skills, the ability to apply the acquired knowledge, skills in scientifi c and special activities that will increase the competitiveness of the doctor of philosophy in the market of educational services. Humanitarian education is an integral part of the formation of language competences, therefore it is important to properly optimize humanitarian training in accordance with the current norms of language and taking into account the current trends in language development and the changes taking place in it. The competence (competency-professional) approach is basis of practice-oriented education, which is oriented to achieve certain results, gaining decisive competencies. Competence is a dynamic combination of knowledge, abilities and practical skills, autonomy and responsibility, ways of thinking, professional, ideological
and civic qualities, moral and ethical values, which determines the ability of a person to successfully carry out professional and further educational activities and is the result of studying at a certain level of higher education.
