Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of lexical and stylistic characteristics of English women’s political discourse on the materials of Hillary Clinton and Theresa May’s speeches. The authors group the analyzed vocabulary by semantic criteria, calculate the number of relevant vocabulary items, and analyze the stylistic devices applied.
