LEXICO-SEMANTIC PECULIARITIES OF THE TERMS CORRECTIONAL PEDAGOGY

The article is devoted to main aspects of linguistic analysis of Ukrainian special pedagogy. The question of terminological
variation is not only linguistic one, but a question of scientifi c importance at any branch of knowledge.
Terminology is an inextricably linked and mutually conditioning essence. Scientifi c speech is one of the registers of the
modern literary language. In comparison with other areas of functioning of the language, it has its own inherent semantic
features associated with the solution of specifi c problems of professional communica tion. The study of terminological
variation is explained by a reference to the pragmatic functions of scientifi c writing, the conditions of its course, the
methods of accumulation and condensation of scientifi c knowledge in special texts. Various terminological taxonomy
variants demonstrate the relevance of the topic and fi nding different approaches to their classifi cation.
In the article the special vocabulary correctional pedagogy, analyzed its structural organization within the terminology
of the fi eld is defi nitely the place units in a semantic fi eld, their relationship with other units of the term dictionary
made the semantic analysis of the nominative units and semantic processes in the fi eld of highly specialized.
We consider the term in the system and outside, placed the emphasis on signs, the main background and pragmatic
characteristics of the term as a semiotic unit.
