NATIONAL AND CULTURAL FACTORS AND THEIR FEATURES OF INFLUENCE ON INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION PROCESSES

It is noted that in intercultural communication process, a person communicates using language as the most perfect means of communication through which the world is known, that language is a mirror of national culture, therefore its national-cultural semantics is so important, reflecting the characteristic features of the nation, its folklore, personality, life, customs and history. It was determined that during the interaction of language and culture, a constant process of the emergence and formation of phraseological units is created, which not only diversify, enrich, color speech, accurately reproduce the reflection of objects, concepts, phenomena, culture, socio-historical features of the people, but also are a key means of further knowledge of the language and increasing the level of cultural communication. Attention is drawn to the fact that intercultural communication process is the result of the interaction of language and culture between representatives of different nationalities and languages, and it is emphasized the need to take into account the mental and anthropometric characteristics of a person, as well as economic and social features that affect speech communication. It has been established that today, in intercultural communication process, a person seeks to use an advanced innovative form to form intercultural competence and necessary knowledge about different peoples and cultures, as well as to establish comfortable conditions in various areas and situations.
An analysis of research by domestic and foreign scientists on the theory and practice of linguistic disciplines has revealed that most researchers determine that the focus of intercultural communication is always on language, which reflects the key features of a person and the entire national and cultural community.
Conclusions are drawn and directions for further development of this research are provided.
