THE COMMUNICATIVE COMPONENT WHEN STUDYING THE DISCIPLINE "UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE FOR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSES" IN LAW SCHOOLS

Abstract

The article examines the communicative component when studying the discipline "Ukrainian language for professional purposes" in law schools. The communicative component in studying the discipline "Business Ukrainian language" in law schools is extremely important. The communicative component is designed to form in students the skills and abilities of effective speech interaction in the field of jurisprudence as a professional sphere. The communicative component includes the development of oral and written speech skills, the ability to draft legal documents, conduct negotiations, speak publicly, as well as understanding the linguistic features of legal terminology and style. The article clarifies the main aspects of the communicative component: a holistic system, without the components of which it is impossible to qualitatively form the skills and abilities of effective speech interaction of students in the field of jurisprudence as a professional sphere; the development of speech skills, namely: oral and written speech, mastery of legal terminology, the formation of communicative competence. Attention is drawn to the different views of scientists on the communicative component. Attention is focused on the importance of methodology in the spectrum of the specified topic. An important communicative condition for the successful activity of a lawyer is determined. It is concluded that the communicative component in the study of "Business Ukrainian language for a professional orientation" in law universities contributes to the formation of professionally competent and communicatively capable lawyers. The communicative component of the discipline "Ukrainian Language for Professional Purposes" is an integral part of the training of future lawyers, which contributes to their professional development and successful career.
