Abstract

The article deals with the dual character of anthroponimical system of modern linguistics, conditionally dependent of semantic contradiction of proper names functional heterogeneity of anthroponimical vocabulary, various level of arbitrariness of nomination of a person with the help of anthroponyms of different sections and actual anthroponymy as a system of concrete referential proper names, actual for native speakers and used in the language for designation individual subjects.
