Journal's policies

Academic Integrity Policy

The author must confirm that the manuscript submitted for publication is an original. Quoted content should be properly cited. Plagiarism is considered unethical and unacceptable behavior.

Plagiarism is a violation of personal copyright when a person completely or partially appropriates someone else's work and publishes it under his own name. Copying one's work for the purpose of expanding the author's scientific output is an act of auto-plagiarism. Plagiarism is a punishable act. In case of detection of plagiarism, the editorial office shall notify the author's affiliated institution, the reviewers, and the person(s) whose rights have been violated. In addition, the editorial office withdraws the published text and places information about it on the journal's website and/or in the printed version.

Texts of journal articles are checked using the UniCheck system.

Material archiving policy

Texts are archived on the OJS platform. All articles are permanently archived on the journal's website. OJS uses OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting Protocol) to export metadata, which allows integration with search engines and databases and tracking statistics on deposited documents.

Open access policy

Open access means the absence of technical and legal restrictions on the use of scientific materials posted on the public Internet. This includes further use of these materials under fair use copyright laws or under a Creative Commons unrestricted free license. The main areas of open access development are open repositories and peer-reviewed open access journals.
