INTERNAL STRUCTURE OF ADAPTATION POTENTIAL AS ADAPTABLE SYSTEMS

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the adaptation potential of the individual and highlights the main approaches to it in science. In the context of the conducted research, the adaptation potential is considered as a complex hierarchically-parity system of adaptability, namely: intrapersonal, behavioral, absence of maladaptation disorders, personal socio-psychological potential and competence-based adaptability.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of the empirical study of the influence of individual-personal properties and individual potentials on the operationalized constructs of the system of adaptability as structural elements of the adaptation potential.
