LEARNING THE SEMANTICS OF VERBS WITH THE PREFIX ПЕРЕ- IN THE SYSTEM OF THE UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Abstract

The article analyzes the significance and peculiarities of the use of verbal prefixes of the Ukrainian language (in particular the prefix пере-), which is relevant for the development of speech of foreigners studying the Ukrainian language. An attempt is made to classify verbs with the prefix пере-. Tasks are provided for memorizing verbs with the prefix пере-, exercises are proposed that anticipate performance of grammatical problems along with the ability to use means of stylistic expressions of language, such as synonyms, antonyms and idioms. Examples are given of the usage of the verbal prefix пере- in various texts.
