Abstract

The article deals with the intertextuality aspect of epistolary, interrelation with the concepts of style mask and game. The structure of epistolary texts is investigated as method of self-expressions and realization of the author outside fiction. Epistolary texts are a cyclical process of accumulation of the texts, codes of author and addressee for reading a new another text in which has taken place decoding of information and damasking of the image of the author. The understanding happens through the mediation of third text (interpreting). Intertextual connections, interprets of epistolary communications allow to decode the epistolary texts («intertextuality as code»), promote to unmask the author («intertextuality as key» and «intertextuality as code») a.s.n. Intertextual components are realized on the verbal level with help of complicated narrative technics.
