The article provides a philosophical understanding of hybrid management as a modern management model that integrates rigid and flexible approaches to ensure the flexibility and efficiency of organizational processes. Special attention is paid to the philosophical foundations of management based on the dialectical combination of centralization and decentralization of power, as well as the balance between control and autonomy of employees. The study analyzes the key elements of hybrid management, particularly Agile, Lean, and Holacracy, which are essential components of modern organizational structures. It also highlights the significant role of digital technologies in this model, shedding light on their impact on management processes and the ethical challenges they bring, especially regarding confidentiality and responsibility. The article reveals how a hybrid approach allows organizations to adapt to rapid technological change while maintaining strategic focus and efficiency.
