Abstract

The article is devoted to current information and communication provision issues at the National University of Ostroh Academy. The criteria for the use of information technologies in the management of a modern institution of higher education are considered. Based on the results of the research, the forms, methods, and means of internal and external communication of the information and technical center of the National University of Ostroh Academy were analyzed; the principles, norms, and peculiarities of the information and technical center’s work were highlighted, as a result of which the strengths and weaknesses were indicated; opportunities for improving the center’s work are substantiated and risks that have a negative impact on the center’s activities are outlined; a SWOT analysis of the activity of the information and technology center was carried out.
