The editorial policy of the journal “Agora. Social Sciences Journal” regarding fees for article processing and publication is consistent with the principles of transparency in scholarly publishing (COPE) and the practices of open-access journals.

Editorial independence

The absence of publication fees does not affect the quality of the peer review, editorial decisions, or content of the publications. All submitted articles undergo a standard double-blind review process based on scientific merit, methodological reliability, and adherence to ethical principles.

Changes in policy

In the event of any changes to the publication fee policy, the relevant information will be published in advance on the official website of the publication, indicating the effective date, reasons for the changes, and a guarantee that the new policy will not be applied retroactively to already-submitted publications.
