The article presents an analysis of the features of the organizational structures of a modern enterprise. The principles of application of nine types of organizational structures in the activities of organizations are considered.
The peculiarities of the use of aspects of management in interaction with one of the types of organizational structure are analyzed. In turn, the importance of using the organizational structure in the activities of enterprises is noted, since a qualitatively formed management process is objectively distinguished in the growth of the organization in the market of competitors. Emphasis is placed on the advantages of using the organizational structure in practice.
An effective type of organizational structure for modern enterprises is also considered. It is quite important to implement in the activity the type of organizational structure that is suitable for the functional capabilities and direction of activity of a specific organization.
