The editorial board of “Agora. Social Sciences Journal” follows the principles of open science as declared in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and adheres to the international Sherpa/RoMEO standards regarding self-archiving policies and the dissemination of scholarly publications.

Principles of Open Access

This publication provides free and unrestricted access to all published materials. Any user has the right to:

Publications featured in the journal are available without restrictions immediately after publication, with no subscription or pay-per-view fees required.

The publication allows the authors to:

Postprint (after peer review, author’s version without layout)

Long-term preservation and accessibility

The publication ensures the digital preservation of materials through:  

  • the institutional repository of The National University of Ostroh Academy (https://eprints.oa.edu.ua/);
  • backups on external archival servers; 
  • the possibility of authors distributing them in open repositories.
